Refund Policy

1. Nature of the Product

WhoIsRight sells digital credits (points) that are used to pay for AI-powered analysis. Points are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation as access to AI computing resources through provisioned API keys.

Points are a digital product delivered immediately. Once points are credited to your account and the corresponding API key is provisioned, the service is considered fully delivered.

2. Right of Withdrawal Waiver

By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content (points) and acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw from the purchase once points are delivered to your account. This is in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and Ukrainian Law No. 3321-IX on digital content.

Due to the instant digital nature of the product, all sales are final. We generally do not offer refunds for purchased points because:

Unused points expire 12 months after the date of purchase. Expired points are forfeited and are not eligible for a refund. See Terms and Conditions Section 7 for details.

7. Lost Access to Points

If you lose access to your points (e.g., cannot sign in to your Google account), we can verify ownership and resend access details to the email address associated with your Google account. Contact us with your order reference number.

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your bank instead of contacting us first, the associated API key will be automatically deactivated. We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before disputing the charge with your bank.

10. Cancellation

There is no subscription to cancel. Points are one-time purchases. Unused points remain in your account indefinitely and do not expire.
